Steve Dinkin, Esq. – President |
| Steven P. Dinkin has directed the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) since 2003. He currently serves as co-chair of the ADR Section of the San Diego County Bar and is a member of California Western School of Law’s Council of Visitors. Mr. Dinkin earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School where he also subsequently taught a mediation clinic as an Adjunct Law Professor. Before joining NCRC, Steve served for several years as an employment and workplace mediator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other Federal agencies. | |

Ashley Virtue – Director, External Relations |
| Ashley Virtue, Director of External Relations, has been with the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) since 2005. She has been instrumental in the development and promotion of a conflict resolution program for workplace managers and Human Resources Professionals. Ms. Virtue is an active member of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce and represents NCRC in a multitude of different business development groups. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Security and Conflict Resolution from San Diego State University. | |

Kathy Purcell – Case Manager |
| Kathy Purcell joined the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) as a Case Coordinator in 1996. She currently works as the Case Manager in the Business division of NCRC. Her experience of over 14 years in the ADR industry has provided clients and mediators with professional expertise as she assists parties in selecting neutrals and scheduling mediations. | |

Lani Fuchigami – Administrative Assistant |
| Lani Fuchigami first became affiliated with the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) in June of 2009 when she attended the Summer Institute in Rimini, Italy. She then began working with the NCRC in August of 2009 as an intern for the Training Institute and became a full-time Administrative Assistant to the West Coast Resolution Group (WCRG) in December of 2010. As a member of the WCRG team, Lani prepares cases for scheduling and puts together mediation packets for the mediating parties. Lani is a graduate of San Diego State University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Security and Conflict Resolution and is currently pursuing her Paralegal Certificate from Miramar College. | |

Luca Dal Pubel – Mediation Coordinator |

Luca Dal Pubel has worked as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist with NCRC since 2003. He assists in coordinating cases and managing the NCRC Superior Court civil mediation program. Mr. Dal Pubel’s mediation expertise has been valuable as he assists parties in selecting neutrals and scheduling hearings. In addition to his daily role as Mediation Coordinator, Mr. Dal Pubel has been instrumental in developing ADR programs throughout Italy and Europe including a study abroad program in conflict resolution for college students. He has a Laurea (Doctor of Law) from the University of Bologna and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. Mr. Dal Pubel has worked on research projects with the University of Trento School of Law and he teaches a section on Negotiation and ADR at San Diego State University. |
